How to make (takes 20 minutes)
- Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces, place in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, and rub in the grated garlic.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken thighs on both sides until lightly browned.
- Once browned, add the seasonings and simmer over low to medium heat until the liquid has evaporated.
- Once the liquid has reduced, remove from the pot and place on a plate with lettuce or other vegetables.
The chicken meat is plump and tender, with a slightly sweet flavor.
It is delicious for both children and adults.
